In order to maintain the Enrolled Agent designation you will need to successfully complete our 24 hour EA Personal, Small Business & Depreciation tax course annually which includes the required two hours of ethics. Topics include fundamental inflationary changes that will be used to prepare tax returns (IRS Tax Class #JK8E2-U-00124-20-S) and provides three hours of CPE credit. Platinum's 2-Hour ethics tax class covers ethical issues for the Enrolled Agent. Issues involving the possession of tax records, charging of fees for the preparation of taxes and when is a tax practitioner acting in a disreputable or incompetent manner, are reviewed (IRS Tax Class # JK8E2-E-00125-20-S) and provides two hours of CPE credit. Upon completing this course you will have an understanding of how to properly prepare and complete IRS Form 1040, Schedule C and depreciation forms.
