Notary Seal, Journal, and Fingerprint Pads

You can not notarize any documents until you obtain your notary public seal and journal.  At Platinum Professional Services we know what you need and what you do not need in order to successfully notarize documents.  Some companies will try to sell you embossers, special forms, and leather bond journals at costs substantially higher than what you should pay.  In California, you can only officially notarize a document by affixing a proper seal.  What is a proper seal in California?  It is a black ink rubber stamp with an officially approved design, manufactured by an officially approved vendor. We have partnered with companies that will offer your high quality, reliable products. When you notarize documents, you are a professional representing the State of California.
