Want to Become an IRS Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion (AFSP) Holder? Our IRS approved 18 Hour Continuing Education (CE) Tax Preparation Course (#JK8E2) includes 10 hours of federal tax law, 2 hours of ethics, and 6 hours of the Annual Federal Tax Refresher (AFTR). The tax preparation course is for tax preparers who are considered non-exempt by the IRS.
First time tax preparer and a resident of Oregon? Become an Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer by completing our 80 Hour Basic Tax Class in accordance with the Oregon Board of Tax Practitioner’s (OBTP) education requirements. Platinum Tax School is an approved provider of the OBTP (HECC license #2148). Our tax preparation class will prepare you to pass the Oregon State Tax Exam.
